1. Current checkout status

The public checkout currently demonstrates the membership flow. It does not process real payments or activate a paid membership. This policy describes the terms that apply when an actual paid subscription is offered and authorized. A demonstration receipt is not evidence of a real charge.

2. Initial payments and renewals

Paid monthly and annual subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically on the billing interval and at the amount disclosed before authorization, unless cancelled. We do not currently offer a free trial. Any taxes and the final total must be disclosed before you authorize payment.

3. How to cancel

Use the account billing-management controls when available, or email [email protected] with “Cancel membership” and the email associated with the membership. You do not need public app access to contact us. Do not include a full card number or security code.

Cancellation stops future renewal. We will confirm when the cancellation takes effect and what paid access, if any, remains. A cancellation request does not itself request a refund or mean an existing payment has been reversed. Contact us promptly if a renewal is approaching or you cannot use the billing controls.

4. Refunds

Paid subscription fees, including initial purchases and renewals, are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund or a refund for unused time.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for unauthorized payments, billing errors, or services that do not meet legally required standards. If you believe an exception applies, contact support with the relevant order information and an explanation.

5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you see a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge, email [email protected] promptly with the charge date, amount, and account email. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors as required. The general non-refund rule does not authorize us to retain an erroneous or unauthorized charge.

Where a refund is due, it is normally returned through the original payment method. Processing and statement-posting times depend on Stripe and your bank. We do not require you to give up any statutory dispute right to ask us for help.

6. Promotional and Halloween pricing

The Halloween 2026 offer is $99 per month for an eligible All-Access monthly membership purchased before October 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time, rather than the regular $199.99 monthly price. The rate continues while the qualifying membership remains active. Annual and other plans are excluded.

A new membership purchased later is subject to the offer shown at that checkout. We do not promise to reinstate an expired promotion for a separate new purchase. Ask support if you need clarification about a cancellation’s effect on your existing offer. We will not apply a general price increase to a continuing membership that qualifies for the locked-in rate.
